Sleeping In Is Not Part Of My Future

You gotta love living with teenagers......all they do is eat...make a mess....annoy you and sleep all day.

Unless it's a spring break and you actually want to sleep in.....

Yesterday was Day 1 of our two-week spring break. It didn't start very well.

Little Peanut is away for a few days with Average Joe... Beastie boys my nephews are at home with grandma watching them.

So for a few days it is going to be only Hormone Boy, Jack the Schnoodle and me....I was so excited...... I couldn't wait to sleep in on Monday morning... I can't remember when was the last time I slept in.

I was safe. There was no way anybody Hormone Boy in this house would have the desire or the drive to get up before noon.

5:30 AM....Monday morning... Boom... Crash... Bang..... Dog running across the house..... Darkness everywhere... Suddenly something lands directly on my stomach...

The teenager that only sleeps and eats decided that first day of his spring break should start early.

Yeeey....ME....I was so excited for him maybe just maybe he was getting some ambitions and I was absolutely loving the fluffy dog stretched out across my stomach and breathing in my face so early in the morning.

Let's put it this way I did not get to sleep in on Monday morning... Let's try again on Tuesday, shall we?

...... EATING... what else.....and then he went straight to bed....
